One called a Quasar with a Holman Moody 427 and Colotti Type 50 transaxle. These cars were based on the best features of a Genie MK8 and used a Genie MK8 body. This car was raced from 1963 through 1967 in many events including the June Sprints at Road America (Elkhart Lake) and the United States Road Racing Championship (USRRC). Original paint color was maroon metallic; it was later painted Shelby blue.
